Jake Poffenberger of Brookville, Ohio, weighed four bass totaling 9 pounds, 7 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Buckeye Division tournament of 2016 on the Ohio River. For his victory, Poffenberger earned $4,684.
Kyle Greene of Ortonville, Michigan, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 23 pounds even Saturday to win the second FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Michigan Division tournament of 2016 on Lake St. Clair. For his victory, Greene took home $6,155.
Matt Gunter of Wheatland Missouri, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 15 pounds, 3 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Ozark Division tournament of 2016 on Lake Truman presented by Power-Pole. Gunter took home $4,804 for his victory.

In what has become an annual tradition at FLW, the 2017 Walmart FLW Tour schedule was announced at a press conference and industry gathering held Thursday on the show floor at ICAST in Orlando, Fla.
The New Product Showcase is one of the highlights of the ICAST sport-fishing trade show every year. It's an assemblage of new products, divided into various categories, that are submitted by manufacturers and reviewed by the media, then voted on by the media for the "best of" in each category. There's also a Best of Show category for the media's favorite overall new product.

For most, ICAST is largely composed of walking miles of showroom floor to ferret out and handle the latest introductions from each company. ICAST On The Water offers a chance to actually make a few casts with some of the goodies before the main show opens. I headed down to the shores of Lake Toho, made a few casts, sweat a lot and came back with a few early impressions.
Team Enigma anglers Jesse Tacoronte and Adam Santanoff took first prize out of 62 registered teams with a limit of 17 pounds, 2 ounces. Their limit was anchored by a 5-13 fish that earned the Costa Big Bass award.
Mexico's Lake Zimapan is different in many ways from the lakes to the north such as Florida's Lake Okeechobee and California's Clear Lake, but one element it has in common with those famous fisheries is big bass.

James Blankenship of Siler City, North Carolina, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 19 pounds, 2 ounces, Saturday to win the third FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) Piedmont Division tournament of 2016 on High Rock Lake. For his victory, Blankenship took home $3,255.
Adam Ohms of Edwardsville, Illinois, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 24 pounds, 5 ounces, Saturday to win the fourth FLW Bass Fishing League (BFL) LBL Division tournament on Kentucky and Barkley lakes presented by Power-Pole. For his victory, Ohms earned $6,199.
