June 22, 2016 10:44 am

Cup Bubble Boys: Lake Champlain

6:06 am
The final stop of the 2016 Walmart FLW Tour on Lake Champlain not only marks the end of the regular season, but also it's the last place for the pros to earn enough points to qualify for the Forrest Wood Cup on Wheeler Lake Aug. 4-7.

A few hours on Champlain with Dudley

June 21, 2016 4:18 pm
David Dudley has seen success nearly everywhere, but one of his sweet spots is Lake Champlain. The big northern lake fishes well shallow nearly all the time, and that's how he likes it. This year, the Walmart FLW Tour is finishing the regular season on Champlain and David Dudley is in an unusual position - on the bubble for the Forrest Wood Cup. As such, we hopped in the boat with him on the second day of practice for a look at how he was getting ready for the tournament.

Tagging Along with Sprague in Kentucky

9:30 am
Through the first four events of the 2016 Walmart FLW Tour season, Jeff Sprague finished inside the top 20 every time and challenged for the win at Beaver Lake. After stop No. 4 on Pickwick, Sprague took over the lead in the Angler of the Year race. This is the story of his first tournament as the AOY leader - stop No. 5 on Kentucky Lake. Currently, Sprague is preparing for the finale on Lake Champlain. He's in second place in the AOY standings.

Top 10 Patterns from the Potomac River

5:41 am
Water flow controlled much of the action in the Costa FLW Series Northern Division opener presented by Plano on the Potomac River. Tournament morning started with outgoing tides and anglers caught fish during the fall and the rise. With the full moon only a few days after the event, stronger tides pushed the water higher than normal and put more water in the backwater creeks and pad fields.
