LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. - In the end, the pro contest on Lake Havasu turned out to be really no contest at all. Despite brutally windy conditions for the third day in a row, local pro Billy Skinner of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., managed to keep the rest of the field at bay, recording a final-day catch of 17 pounds, 15 ounces to bring his grand total to 59 pounds, 5 ounces.
LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. - With day-two co-angler leader Blaine Christiansen sitting rather comfortably in the lead, Todd Kline of San Clemente, Calif., decided it was time to save his best for last. With the crowd eagerly looking on to see who would capture the co-angler title, Kline approached the scales and didn't disappoint.
SENECA, S.C. - Mick Rhinehart of Pelzer, S.C., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 16 pounds, 7 ounces Saturday to win the first Walmart Bass Fishing League Savannah River Division tournament of 2014 on Lake Keowee. For his victory, Rhinehart earned $4,315.
