TERRELL, N.C. - Larry Lehew of Charlotte, N.C., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 19 pounds, 3 ounces Saturday to win the first Walmart Bass Fishing League North Carolina Division tournament of 2014 on Lake Norman. For his victory, Lehew earned $7,096.

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Brandon Lee of Ratcliff, Ark., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 24 pounds, 15 ounces Saturday to win the first Walmart Bass Fishing League Arkie Division tournament of 2014 on Lake Dardanelle. For his victory, Lee earned $3,889.

But more importantly, they've got their eye on the Forrest Wood Cup, the Super Bowl of bass fishing, and the sport's largest prize at $500,000, Aug. 14-17 at Lake Murray in Columbia, S.C.

Darrel Robertson running for Oklahoma congressional seat

Veteran Castrol pro Darrel Robertson has announced his candidacy for Oklahoma's District 2 seat in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Republican. Robertson, 63, plans to continue fishing the Walmart FLW Tour at least through June 24, when the primary takes place.
